Namaste dosto! Aaj hum baat karenge ek aise concept ki, jo hamare busy aur stressful jeevan mein sukoon la sakta hai - Mindfulness. Yeh ek prachin buddhist tatva hai jo aapko apne vartaman mein jeevan ke har pal ko anubhav karne ka amantrit karta hai. Chaliye samjhein ki mindfulness kya hai aur kaise hum isse apne jeevan mein laa sakte hain.

Mindfulness, ya 'smriti' ek aisa avastha hai jisme aap apne vartaman mein poori tarah se vyast hote hain, bina kisi afra-tafri ya bhavnao ke. Yeh ek prakriya hai jisme aap apne mann ki gahraiyon mein jaakar apne vicharon ko samajh sakte hain.

Mindfulness Ka Fayda:

  1. Rishton Mein Sudhar: Jab hum mindful hote hain, to hum apne aas-paas ke logon ke saath adhik dhyan se vyavhar karte hain. Isse hamare rishte majboot hote hain.

Mindfulness Kaise Karein:

  1. Dhyaan Lagayein: Apne din ka kuch samay nikalein, jaise hi aap uthkar ya shaam ko ghar lautkar. Kisi shant sthal mein baithkar apne sans aur vicharon par dhyan de.


  2. Shant Jagah Chunein: Mindfulness mein mahatva hai sthir aur shant vatavaran ka. Apne kamre ko saaf-suthra rakhein, aur dhyan lagane ke liye ek sthir sthal chunein.


  3. Pranayam Aur Yoga: Pranayam aur yoga bhi ek prakar ka mindfulness hai. Apne dhyan ko saath lekar pranayam aur yoga karein, jo sharir aur mann ko saath mein laaye.

Mindfulness Apne Jeevan Mein Kaise Laayein:

  1. Choti Choti Cheezein: Apne khaane ko dhyan se khayein, har bite ka anand lekar. Apne chay ya coffee ke ek sip ko bhi dhyan se piyein.


  2. Mobile Ka Upayog: Mobile ka istemaal kam karein, khaaskar jab aap kisi aur ke saath hain. Real duniya mein mojood rahiye, virtual duniya mein kho na jayein.


  3. Swabhavik Chayan: Aap apne jeevan mein mindfulness ko laane ke liye apne vyavhar aur chayan ko dhyan se chunein. Choti si chizon mein khushi dhundhein.
